I gotta say that this community and Hayley had helped me break with those beliefs that you HAVE to workout every single day and if you don’t you feel guilty and bad. I’ve stopped believing that you have to burn more than 500 calories to actually feel like you worked out. Now I do the workouts just to feel good and healthy with myself. Not to fit on a standard. I love how the workouts are short, and sweet but you still feel it burn! Also love how there’s a variety of workouts and we work everything on our bodies. I’m not a fan of gyms and with COVID it was the perfect solution to keep up with staying healthy! I loved it so much, I joined the health with Hayley program! I’ve never looked back! I love how versatile and effective the work outs are! Hayley offers alternatives for every level from beginner to advanced! She also explains the movements clearly and shows you how to do everything with the correct posture and form! I especially love the Saturday mobility and stretch sessions too!
